Standard shipping within the UK will take 4 to 7 business days (please expect a few extra days if delivering to island and BFPO addresses).

Currently, we only deliver to locations within the UK and the British Isles.

Double-check that there’s a space between the two sections of your postcode. For example, ML13DG should be ML1 3DG. Next, make sure that both your delivery address and billing address is located within the UK.

Our serum is appropriate for all skin types. Wonderment is made from all-natural ingredients, designed to be gentle, even on sensitive skin.  Always test the product on the skin 24 hours before use, please seek medical attention if swallowed or irritation occurs with use.

It’s essential to store the product correctly, following the storage instructions displayed on the product’s label. This will ensure that the product is as effective as possible and there are no changes in texture. For best product quality, the serum should be used within 18 months after opening.

We’re committed to being cruelty free, as well as vegan friendly. This means that we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and carefully source suppliers who also uphold these values.

Our serum is only available for personal use. When you buy from Kady Valente, you are agreeing not to sell or redistribute the product for any commercial purposes. If we have reason to believe your order is not for personal use, we may reject or cancel the order.

Yes, Wonderment is completely safe to use when pregnant. Our skincare is free from “nasties”, but we always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before full application. All our ingredients are listed on the product page.

We accept most credit cards and we use PayPal, Stripe and Apple to process your payments.

Here’s what you can do if your payment didn’t go through double check that the details (i.e. the security code and billing address) you entered are correct.

Has your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. As they don’t tell us the reason for this, please check with them before trying your card again.

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email hello@kadyvalente.com as soon as possible so we can process your request.

You will receive three emails from us. One that confirms your order. Another to say we’re processing your order. And the final one to say it’s completed and it’s on its way to you.

If you’ve cancelled your order, but have since decided that you still want it, the best way to resume your order is to place a new order at the check out.
